Filter Press Feed Pump: Precisely Matched to Filtration Processes

The filter press feed pump is a core component in solid-liquid separation operations, and its performance curve must be precisely matched to the filter press working process. The process is divided into three stages: the feeding stage with large flow and low pressure, the pressure-raising filtration stage where flow decreases as pressure rises, and the pressure-holding filtration stage maintaining constant pressure with small flow. The pump adopts a wide-channel, semi-open impeller design for good passage capacity and anti-clogging performance.
